We are a family currently renting a 3 bed in Sandiacre. We have a large family and qualify for the 4 bed local rent allowance of £160.38 per week. We have excellent references. We are on benefits due to disability but would be able to have the rent paid straight to the landlords bank account fortnightly. Our children attend Risley Lower Grammar School so we would therefore like to stay in either Sandiacre or Risley. Our current landlord would require 2 months notice before we could move. We could provide £500 as security deposit.
We are looking for either 3 double bedrooms with one single or four double bedrooms.
Ideally we would like two living rooms or a living room with a large kitchen diner.
A secure garden is a must..
