We are a young family, myself, my partner and our 3 month old baby. We are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom property located in the Chesterfield area. Ideally we'd like the property to either be located as close to the town center as possible or situated close to a local bus route. I am due to begin training for my HGV drivers licence and due to this I am unemployed at present. My partner is also unemployed and we claim housing benefit. We have the funds to pay the required bond in addition to upfront rent and can move pretty much straight away.
