Need a flat to rent around august 2012 £175/week

Hi,
My name is Keeley and I am looking to rent a 1 bedroom flat with my partner, Matthew. We are looking for somewhere near cowley, blackbird leys, headington or oxford city centre as we both work around these areas. We are both 18 years old, and have been living in a shared house since august 2011. We have a very tight budget of maximum £700 per month, and would prefer it to be inclusive of bills. We don't need parking space as neither of us drive. We are looking to move after our holiday which is in May, so between June and August would be the best time. We are always on time with our rent, our landlady can vouch for us. We are also a very quiet couple, we don't like to have parties, only small family gatherings. If you know of anything, then please get in touch, with information of deposit, where the property is, and whether or not it is furnished. We are also non-smokers. I look forward to hearing from you.
