Me and my husband are currently looking for a 3 bedroom house to let in the pontefract and surrounding area. We are trying to find a landlord who will except payment of bond once we have recieved the bond from the current landlord after moving,we are also willing to pay extra rent to cover this if required. We are clean decent people. we do have pets but they are housetrained and clean.
