I have a double room available in a large houseshare in Salford for £300 per month including bills. The rooms are nicely decorated big furnished rooms with double bed, wardrobes, drawers ect. Its a big house so there is no shortage for space and there are 2 bathrooms. There is female student who is 21 and myself who is 31, we’re both easy going, clean and tidy therefore are seeking similar. It’s a nice friendly house share.
