we are looking for a 2 but preferably 3 bedroomed house or large flat , ideally with a garden or outside space , my partner works and will be covering 80 percent of the rent the rest will be topped up with housing benefit we have 2 children aged 3 and nearly 6 , they are very tidy and well behaved . we have a max amount of rent of £650 pcm , we have a deposit of £650 , but cannot afford rent in advance as well , we are desperate to move and can provide personal references and landlord references and bank statements to show we can afford the rent as i know a lot of landlords are sceptical about renting to people who receive part benefits
