Charity requiring a property £25/week

We are an expanding charity currently in the Twickenham area. We are looking for an empty building in the West London, Central London, Surrey, Berkshire, Hertfordsire borders of London tat we can use. The Charity is reasonably new and expanding, we are not grant funded and all income is raised by donations and event fundraising. We require a building of 5 to seven rooms , ie the size of large semi or shop type building. The building will be used for providing a number of Alternative therapies on a charitable basis. We are not able to purchase a building or able to pay hight rents , We are looking for a landlord of such property to for go the rent for the time being in favour of us taking over the running costs of the building. If a land lord is out there who has property to let, and unable to, who would like us to use it for the time being and us taking on the running costs of the building please get in contact with us.
