The complex is within a quiet gated community with its own large pristine pool area, set in attractive gardens and sun terrace. The apartment offers wonderful views to the front and rear. To the front over looking the pretty pool area, with views of the valley running down to the sea at Olu Deniz. To the rear there are views of the pine clad hills and the impressive mount Babadag is also in view. The apartment development is close to the Artemisia Royal Park holiday resort with it's own very large pool complex which features an aqua slide and various pool games. The hotel pool bar serves drinks and snacks all day, whilst the restaurant offers traditional Turkish and English cuisine. All the facilities of the hotel are available to apartment guests free of charge including the excellent weekly entertainment, only drinks and food purchases are to be paid. The apartment features a large lounge balcony with views of the valley and the pool and each bedroom has a view of the pine forest.
