• Your private Phone line w/unlimited local phone calls and free incoming phone calls. You can purchase cheap long distance phone cards for your international phone calls.
• Your internet (via high speed internet Wifi)

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STUDIO?

• A Fully/totally Equipped Kitchen: Kitchen counter/stools, sink, Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee maker, etc.
• All you need to cook/clean: Pots/pans, glasses, coffee mugs, plates, knives/spoons/forks, broom, bucket, iron & iron board, etc.
• 1 Queen size bed and/or 2 Queen size beds (maximum occupancy 4 persons per studios)
• Kitchen dining table with chairs
• Couch (in most of our studios) + TV stand
• Your Private bathroom with bath tub, sink and toilet
• All appliances, closets, commodes, lights, end tables, etc.
• Bed sheets, comforters, blankets, pillows and towels are provided
• Building entrance: Private double doors with intercom
• Free Full washer & dryer in the building for our tenants

WHAT IS YOUR RATE?

• Nightly rate starts at $95.00 CAN + QC Taxes (depending on season)
• Weekly rate starts at $550.00 CAN + QC Taxes (depending on season)
• Monthly rate starts at $1,250.00 CAN taxes included.

* Low season runs from November 1st to December 21st and January 5th to March 31st of each year.
* High season runs from December 22nd to January 4th and April 1st to October 31st of each year.

IMPORTANT (Please Read Below):

- Our rates are for two (2) people sharing a studio (Adults and children)

- $15.00 CAN per night and per person will be added to our nightly and/or weekly rates after 2 adults sharing a studio

- Our Monthly rate for 3 adults sharing a studio is $1,600.00CAN and for 4 adults sharing a studio is $1,875.00CAN all taxes included.

Our Location: we are located on rue Sainte Catherine Est., between St Laurent & St Denis. Our building is located exactly between rue St Elizabeth and rue Sanguinet.

No parking is provided. We have many secured underground paying parking all around us, and the closest is only 50 feet away from the building. At night (between 9PM and 9AM) it is free to park your car on the street, and it is safe as we have the police department office on St Elizabeth.
