Welcome to Villa Vedran Apartments
The family-run house is friendly and comfortable, with peaceful & healthy environment. House is 10 metres far from private access/pier to the huge bay with crystal-clear and calm sea, protected from peninsula Peljesaz in Komarna, 65 km away from the Adriatic pearl Dubrovnik.
In VillaVEDRAN are at disposal three apartments:
- VEDRAN A - elegant attic:
with level entrance from adiacent parking; can receive up to 11 hosts. Sea-view from each air conditioned room. New sauna bath. Apartment area: 200 square metres, terrace 50. Floors parquet/tiles.
There are:
- wide living room with couches, satellite TV set;
- great kitchen (35mt) with dining area and fully-equipped place for meal preparation (grill, fireplace, refrigerator/deep freezer, coffee maker, tableware)
- three bath rooms with shower, hair dryers, one with bath, washing machine;
- three balconed bedrooms, 12, 14 and 16 sq.metres, with double beds and single beds.

- VEDRAN B - apartment:
on second floor is fit for 2 up to 5 hosts on 35 sq,meters area with further 10 mt.terrace. Fine view on the sea from each room, parqueted and air conditioned.
There are:
- Living room with Tv set, Dvd player, covered terrace
- Kitchen, fully equipped (as in app.A);
- 1 bathroom with shower;
- Bedroom, 12 sq,metres with double bed;
in living room sofa that may be converted into two full-size beds, and one additional bed for 2 children or 1 person.

- VEDRAN C - apartment:
28sq.metres kitchen-dining area, bathroom with shower, bedroom with doubel bed and 2 single bunk beds. Tv set, Dvd player, air condition. Outside: 40 sq.metres terrace 5m from the sea.

(200m from the villa nice pebbly beach).
On open air shower, barbecue, covered parking.

For all ap. on request: extra beds, iron, cleaning once in the week.
