Ponte a Moriano is in an ideal position to reach the most historically important towns of Tuscany, such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Siena, and other fascinating destinations such as the village of Collodi (with its Pinocchio Park) and the elegant spa resort of Montecatini Terme. The beautiful beaches of Versilia and the resort town of Viareggio are approximately 25 km away, and the Apuan Alps and Garfagnana area which is a National Park is nearby..

This spacious, well-restored villa is rich in atmosphere and has a large patio to the rear equipped with dining furniture, sun umbrella and loungers, so you can make the most of outdoor living in the summer. A large supermarket is 5 minutes drive from the house.

For Golfers: There are many acclaimed courses all within 40 minutes of Ponte a Moriano: Versilia Golf Resort , Golf Club Tirrenia , Le Pavoniere Golf Club

A public pool and tennis courts are nearby. And biking enthusiasts will have the use of 2 bikes at the villa to explore the wonderful biking trails throughout the area.

Bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms with a combination of single and double beds as required. There is room for a couple of cots in addition if needed...All 4 rooms have combination wardrobes with drawers. Two bedside cabinets in each room.

2 Bathrooms: Each with wash basin …W.C…and a walk in shower and hot towel rail and power points.

Breakfasting Kitchen: Fully fitted with dishwasher ,Washing Machine, Cooker, Microwave oven, fridge freezer, all cooking utensils and dishes for 8/10 guests.

Large Living/Dining Room: with 3 three seater sofa’s ,TV with DVD and Satellite. Wi-fi is available and there is a selection of books and games.

Dining area has a large table and will comfortably seat 8/10.Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in the lounge as smoke will damage the fresco on the ceiling.

Kitchen is well equipped with basics such as soap powder, cleaning materials, most condiments and spices ,sugar, paper towels, napkins etc. and these are free for use by guests..

A change of bed linen is available midweek if required at an extra charge of 24 euros total which covers all 8 beds.

Maid service is available and is charged at 20 euros per day for 3 hours light work to include washing up, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, general tidying up and freshening towels as required.

A free welcoming pack of fresh fruit…sandwiches ….milk….bottled water…wine and some soft drinks will be in the fridge on your arrival.

Final departure cleaning will be charged at 80 euros for a normal clean. This will be reduced to 40 euros where guests have opted for daily maid service.

Guests will be expected to vacate the apartment by 10 am. on the day of departure or 12 noon when daily maid service has been used, and to arrive no earlier than 3 pm on arrival day except in both instances, by prior arrangement, we will try our best to be flexible about this and we will always try where possible to allow guests the option of booking for periods starting weekends or midweek, and for as many days as they want.

There is ample parking for two/three cars in the grounds of the villa
