The entrance is to the rear of the property from a narrow cobbled street that could easily be missed, and that gives no clue to this wonderfully restored house. Split into two ‘maisonette' style apartments we are offering the top half of the house with its own patio and roof terrace with plunge pool, an ideal place to sunbathe and cool off when required. The interior of the house provides comfortable accommodation for 4 with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with patio doors to a terrace, ideal for outdoor cooking on the built in barbecue. The owner, a well known local artist, who's work can be seen in many places in the Algarve, has made his impression throughout this unique and very affordable holiday home.
Approximately 500m from the beach, the shops and restaurants are on the doorstep.
Entrance into a walled courtyard with built in barbecue and sink, up steps to the modern kitchen which is open plan with the lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD. 1 double bedroom with small balcony, 1 twin bedroom with small balcony 1 bathroom. Steps lead up from the barbecue terrace to a wooden sun deck on the roof with small pool. Not recommended for families with young children due to the unguarded drops. Maid service once a week (min. 2 weeks’ stay).
