Bed linen,bathtowels,kitchen cloths and cleaning products,heating,holiday taxes all included. coffee,tea,sugar provided.
Caution 500euros is returned on departure day after verification of studio.
Reservation 25% of rent not returned if cancelled but deducted off rent on arrival.
Any breakage or damage is payable.
Studio is rented out all year round for holidays by the week 305-545euros depending on season,week-end 160 euros,nightly 80 euros.
