Cheap Villa in the South of France with Stunning Sea Views

This villa will accommodate 4 to 6 people. Set on a hillside the amazing views from this villa could not get better. You can easily see the clear blue mediterranean sea and the coastline from St Tropez to St Raphael. Looking inland are the Esterel Mountains. This breath taking scenery can be viewed not only from the patio but also from the lounge, conservatory, first bedroom window and second bedroom terrace. The villa is located within a secure "gated community" with two swimming pools and a tennis court on site.The lounge has two comfortable sofas (one converts to a double bed) and arm chair. There is satellite television, CD player/Radio, electric fan and electric fire. Sliding doors open out onto the patio.The newly fitted kitchen is well appointed with all the appliances, utensils and crockery you should need. There is a self cleaning fan assisted oven, hob, microwave oven, frigde freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The large wooden dining table seats six people.
Another dining area with table and chairs is found in the adjoining conservatory. The glass walls can fold back completely to expose the area to the sun patio.
Outside your villa you are able to enjoy alfresco dining on the patio with patio table and chairs or relax and take it easy on the sun loungers. There is a gas barbeque for your use. An anwning can be electronically operated to provide shade to this south west facing patio in the heat of the day.
There are two bedrooms (double and twin) and a couch in the lounge that folds out to sleep 2 people. There is a downstairs WC and family bathroom with shower upstairs.
