Limnara is a brand new 2-bedroom apartment located in a small block of just 9 apartments, with swimming pool in the heart of Xylofagou village. It is away from traffic and located on the 1st floor creating peace & quiet and privacy. Both the large lounge/dining room and one of the bedrooms has patio doors leading to the extra large balcony, which overlooks the pool. There is also undercover parking for 2 vehicles.

Within the village and surrounding villages you will find all different kinds of shops ranging from bakeries, supermarkets, greengroocers, Pharmacies, clothes shops and banks, all surrounded by traditional restaurants overlooking beautiful beaches, fish harbours and sea-caves.

The apartment is ideally situated being only a 5 minutes drive from the famous Nissi beach resort of Ayia Napa, which makes Xylofagou village the ideal spot for holidays, as in the day you can be amongst the hustle and bustle whilst in the evening recouping to the relaxing and tranquil setting of Xylofagou village life.

The private paved garden overlooks the pool and is an ideal spot for keeping an eye on the children. Outside, the garden & balcony have tables & chairs & sun loungers.

Xylofagou is a picturesque village situated in the south east of Cyprus conveniently located close to Larnaca airport, which is only a short 20-25 minute drive away.
