Our 2-3 bed country villa in Provence, is situated between the medieval villages of Fayence and Seillans.
Le Petit Tresor is a family-friendly 2-3 bedroom, three bathroom property which sleeps 4 to 5 people. It boasts a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with utility room. The salon and 2 bedrooms have access through French windows to a shaded terrace with views of our olive trees. A large office/den can accommodate a fifth guest.

You can enjoy the privacy of the pool (9m by 4m) and garden from a choice of sunny and shaded areas including a summer lounge adjoining the pool and furnished with comfortable sun loungers.
The pool is fitted with a safety alarm to conform with French laws.
The private grounds (5000 sq m) consist of 5 gently descending terraces covered with assorted pines, oaks and olive trees all overlooking the village of Seillans in the distance. There is a badminton net, a ping pong table and also a boules court, ideally situated in a shaded corner of the garden.

Le Petit Tresor is ideally situated 50 minutes from Nice airport, 20 mins from the A8 motorway and a 5 minute drive to the local shops, supermarkets and delicious restaurants of the local medieval villages of Fayence and Seillans. The beaches of St.Raphael, Frejus and Mandelieu-La Theoule are a 30-40 minute drive with the fresh water lake St Cassien and its fresh water fishing and water sports just 10 minutes away.
Cannes’ world renowned Festival, restaurants and shops are a half hour drive away. St.Tropez is within an hours drive or take a water-taxi from St.Raphael and arrive in style by sea!
Golfers will be spoiled for choice with a new world class Four Seasons golf resort “Terre Blanche within a stone's throw and a long list of other top quality courses to choose from.
