flat in Esino Lario (lake of Como)

I offer quite a big flat to rent in Esino Lario (you can see it at www.comune.esinolario.lc.it), a lovely cosy and green village at 800mt (just 15 minutes far from the Como Lake, in Lombardy). There are many suggestive walks with beautiful views from our montains (the moutains Grigna is just above Esino.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom (one little downstairs and one bigger upstairs).In total 5 rooms.
Both a fireplace and a stove (in Esino during winter it's possible to ski, depending on the snow :-)and the Christmas atmosphere is impressive.
It has antique and mostly beautiful furniture. Plenty of room in the wardrobes.
I ALSO OFFER, being a professional tutor, the possibility of having intesive Italian courses at my office for one person or even a group of people (in which case we could discuss about the flat price).
