Both have master Bedroom and guest bedroom, lounge and kitchen, balcony and sleeper sofas. The accomodation has an amazing view of the intercoastal waterway, where you reguarly will see manatees and dolphins swimming during the day. The beach is located less than 100 meters from your condo door. The complex has free tennis and shuffle board courts. You are also located 2 hours from orlando and disney world, 45 minutes from busch gardens and as i've already mentioned. minutes from the beach. This is my happy place and has been for a long time.

This is the ultimate holiday getaway. my jaw drops every time i go in. I'll walk you through it. Personal lift to the front door (on the top floor) please take your shoes off at the door. Enter into the massive lounge with 50 inch tv (not that youll be watching it. your in florida. You'll probably notice the balcony and the big square box on it, yes thats a 10 person hot tub to yourself. Check out the view of all of tampa while you there, you can see the tropicana dome, home of the tampa bay rays baseball team. Next to you now is the master bedroom, with a walk in wardrobe the size of most hotel rooms, my mum loves it trust me. the master bathroom, has a hot tub, as if the one on the balcony wasnt enough and a shower with 7 heads, you will love it.

in the rest of the condo there are 3 more bedrooms, another sitting room with beer fridge, dont spill any!! and another balcony. this is the best way to do florida, evening beer and watch the sunset!

I took my girlfriend here this year and our favourite memory is dancing to jason mraz like 2 idiots in the pool while a guy played a guitar in the florida sun.
