My one bedroom apartment is available for sublet on various dates. It is on the 6th floor WITH a lift, security doors and is dual aspect with an amazing view from both sides. There is even a view of Sacre Coeur from the bathroom!

It is 35 metres square, 2 rooms and sleeps 2.There is also a kitchen 'corner' and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

It is located between Bastille and Republique. From the apartment it is 10 mins to Bastille or Republique , 5 to Oberkampf and 15 to the Marais on foot. Alternatively It is near 3 metro lines which will have you anywhere in a jiffy so you can explore every part of Paris and decide which is your favourite.

There may be other weekends available and it will also be available at Christmas and New Year from 18th December till 1st January.
The tarifs are:
August: 75€ per night, 490€ per week
September: 70€ per night or 450€ per week
October/ November: 65€ per night, 400€ per week
Christmas 100€ per night (negotiable if you stay the entire duration from 18th december till 1st January
