Two bedroom, ground floor apartment in a village on the outskirts of Portimão. Ideally situated for countryside, golf and beaches, this apartment is on the ground floor of the owner’s accommodation and is in a village with local shops, cafés and a restaurant next door. It is easily reached from Faro on the A22 Via do Infante motorway. (About 45 minutes by car).

The accommodation comprises spacious lounge/diner and open plan kitchen area with fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, and washing machine. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, bedside table with reading lamp, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom has a vanity unit with large mirror above, toilet and shower.

The bustling harbour town of Portimão is 2km away and the beaches of Praia da Rocha, Praia do Vau and Alvor about 5 kms. There is a regular bus service every twenty minutes from the village into Portimão and the beaches, however car hire is recommended for more flexibility. Inland there is Silves, the old capital of the Algarve, to explore plus the hills of Monchique and the spa resort of Caldas de Monchique.

There are two local golf courses, within 5 minutes drive, the Morgado do Reguengo and the Golfe dos Álamos, and there are 7 more courses within a short drive, including the world-renowned Penina courses. See website: algarve-golf.net.
