The cottage located a few kilometres from the town of Siracusa is situated just a few meters from one of the most beautiful beaches and stretches of cliffs of Eastern Sicily. It is close to “Lido Arenella”.
The place is very pleasant and calm.

In the cottage there are two absolutely indipendent flats.

Description of groundfloor’s flat:
2 double-bedrooms, 1 living room with sofa (double folding bed), kitchen, bathroom with shower, external wash-basin. large verandah.

Description of first floor’s flat:
1 double-bedroom, 1 small room with 2 bunk beds, 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, external wash-basin. large terrace.
Guest facilities:
T.V., wardrobe, cupboard, ceiling paddle fan, curtains, external shower, parking-area.
Appliances :
Crockery/cuttlery, kitchen utensils, cafetiere, meat grill, gas cooker, mini-oven, refridgerator.

Size of lawn: 100 m2
The villa is located about 10 km in the south of Siracusa. There is a bus station near the cottage where the busses start every 90 minutes. There are also restaurant, bake-house, supermarket, and greengrocer.
