Situated in the quiet hamlet of Chivres and on the edge of the Burgundy vineyards
and the interesting and famous wine route including Nuits-Saint-Georges, Clos-vougeot, Pommard, Montrachet, Meursault amongst many others.
Just over three miles to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Beaune, famous for its wines,
gourmet restaurants and architecture is only 14 miles away and Dijon the capital of the "Ducs de Bourgogne"
with its old city centre is only 26 miles away.
Set in a mature garden which is totally safe for children with steps leading down to a large orchard.
Outside kitchen, the covered terrace and its wisteria arbour has a large table plus garden furniture,
umbrella, a bar and a build in barbecue. You can relax around the swimming pool (10x4.5m).
The housekeeper lives in an independant apartment in the house which has a separate entrance.
