ROOMS FOR RENT in a centric but quiet road of Civitavecchia, interesting town in the surroundings of Rome (45 min by train to Rome-St. Peter), from where you can also visit interesting archaeological Etruscan sites (Tarquinia, Viterbo, etc.) and celebrated thermal baths like Stigliano and Saturnia. Into the town itself you can relax at the “Ficoncella” thermal baths, or visit the ancient Thermae of the emperor Traiano, and other captivating spots, like Marina Velca Golf Club (25 km).
The house is near to Seafront, railway station, Port (ferry terminals to Sardinia, Sicily, Corsica, and Barcelona, Spain); next to the main street with its shops, boutiques, and restaurants, and supermarkets or picturesque street markets.
Each room (with private bathrooms, air conditioning and heating), all renovated and furnished in 2008, enjoy the use of an inner garden and its furnished porch, sun beds, armchairs and dining tables.
Also available an enclosed courtyard with parking space for bikes and motorbikes.
Two twin or double rooms, and One romantic double room with a Queen Size, four-poster bed (also equipped with fridge, microwave oven, hot ring).
Shared kitchen exclusively for guests (at most 6).
Rooms are nicely furnished in an up-to-date, contemporary style, with wardrobe, shelves, chest of drawers, dining table and chairs, and personal flatware for two.
The kitchen is well-equipped for multiple users, with big fridge, stove, m/w oven, cookware, flatware, toaster, squeezer, blender, tea and coffee pots.
Prices (low season): 7 days from 245 euros, 30 days from 550 euros, utilities included.
Please feel free to ask prices for shorter periods and/or different seasons.
We are NOT a b&b, nevertheless extra services (like linens, cleaning etc) are available for a moderate extra price.
