This brand new house is part of Casa Eva Luna homestay, located in a rural part of Varkala, a short distance from the beach, cliff and one hour from the capital of Kerala, Trivandrum.

The house has two floors and is located on a spacious plot of land surrounded by coconut, banana, mango and jackfruit trees. The house has 3 large, comfortable and spotlessly clean bedrooms distributed over 2 levels. All bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets and come with towels. On the ground floor there is a spacious living with dinning table and chairs, as well as a chill out area with comfortable cushions on the floor with a low table and a large garden with front porch and sit out area. The upper floor has a lounge and 3 large terraces, 1 large uncovered ideal for yoga, meditation, exercise, etc. and 2 covered with comfortable chairs and table.

The property is available on a room rental basis or we also offer the possibility for yoga and ayurveda groups, families, groups of friends, etc. to rent the entire property but with no kitchen facilities. Opposite in Casa Eva Luna I we have a restaurant to cater to your needs, as well as a laundry service, ayurveda massage room and full travel information on Kerala. We also organise Kerala tours, handling all your travel needs under one roof.

The price per night per room, inclusive of taxes and exclusive of breakfast is according to the season. Our season periods and tariff are as follows: From 1/10/09 to 14/12/09 & 16/01/10 to 31/05/10 – Rs. 900 / From 15/12/09 to 15/01/10 – Rs. 1,300 / From 1/06/10 – 30/09/10 Rs. 600.
