Sabaudia is a seaside & beach location south of Rome just 100 km, possible reach the city for tour by bus (almost 2 hour from the centre of Sabaudia), by train (1 hour to Termini station, the closer station is Priverno Fossanova, connection by car or by bus from Sabaudia), by own car (easy just directly straigh to Sabaudia arrive from south of Roma, Eur, Cristoforo Colombo street through Pontina and after Mediana).

Nice spot place to see ancient around and the national park too
