The apartment is one of sixteen that make up the Sofilia complex. This holiday apartment has been furnished to ensure every

It is fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished. The Sofilia complex has a communal pool with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas to take advantage of the wonderful Cyprus sun, which shines over 330 days of the year. The unique pool design has a children’s pool and a beautiful water feature. We have even provided a safe for your valuables.


This self catering holiday apartment comprises of:-

-2 Double Bedrooms; 1 with a double bed & balcony, 2nd with two single beds, both with mountain views and air conditioning.

-Stylish Bathroom.

-Fitted kitchen with full cooking facilities for your self catering holiday (oven, hob, extractor, microwave, toaster fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board).

-Dining area seating 6.

-Large open plan lounge with a home entertainment system, air conditioning, sofa bed, leading to a balcony with views of the sea & swimming pool (with the added bonus of a beautiful sunset sea view).

-The main pool area has a childrens pool, changing rooms, toilets and showers.

-There is King Odysseus Bar serving food & drinks all day with Sky TV and a games area.

This fantastic holiday rental accommadation is ideally located in the Tomb of the Kings area of Paphos Cyprus. The holiday apartment is less than 5 minutes from a bus stop. The number 15 bus runs every 15 minutes to Paphos old town with its designer souvenir shops & Paphos harbour with its fishing port & tourist areas. Not forgetting the fantastic night life; whether it’s a meal in one of the many restaurants or a big night out on the busy bar street. The bus also takes tourists to Coral Bay with its lovely beach, bars and tavernas.

This self catering holiday accommodation is walking distance to a 24 hour supermarket, local shops, bakery, tavernas, bars and restaurants. It is not necessary to have a rental car for this accommodation although would be an advantage to discover the beauty of Cyprus. Off road private parking is provided.

The holiday apartment is managed from King Odysseus Bar by a Cypriot lady called Marina who speaks English. If there are any matters that need addressing then local knowledge and help is at hand straight away - you won’t be waiting on phone calls.

If you are staying for more than one week and require a mid stay clean (remember that there are all the facilities provided if you wish to do this yourself) then you will be able to arrange this at the bar and pay direct, cutting out the middle man, saving you money. The cost of this service is 40 euro’s.

A cot can be provided if required. All bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are provided for you during your stay. Unfortunately you need to supply your own beach towel.
