Studio has living room with double bed bunk bed in the entrance hall, bathroom/WC, full kitchen, large balcony looking south and towards the snow peaks and ski runs as well as the pedestrian centre. next to shops bars, restaurants, Wi Fi access from the flat,

The flat has been renovated and furnished just recently and now offering excellent facilities: flat screen TV(cable television),DVD, CD player, new decking on the balcony with sunny pine bench, fitted cupboards-ideal for a family with kids.

Prices weekly:

low -from (250euros)

mid season -from 400euros

high season –from 550euros

Deposit 300euros payable on arrival.
Bed linen can be included for extra fee.
To be collected from the rental agent on arrival or if you prefer –bring your own bed linen and towels.
Including in the price is electricity, water, heating costs.
Please observe the arrival and departure times but flexibilities available.
Final cleaning not included. If the flat not cleaned on departure there will be 30 euros charge.
Extra charge for a pet.
The flat has private ski locker downstairs for your own use.
