Sunny holiday apartment on villa in the urbanisation Panorama between Benidorm (5 km) and La Nucía (5km) with private pool in the garden. Super views from the flat to the Ifach in Calpe, Altea and Benidorm and at the back to the mountains.
Living room with international satelite tv, bedroom with big double bed and airconditiong (hot & cold) powerful enough to cool or heat the whole apartment,complete bathroom with washing machine, kitchen with gas cooker (no oven) and micro wave, terrace facing southwest. Very quiet area! Max. 2 people, no-smokers! Bed linen available, please bring your own towels!
In the urbanisation Panorama you will find several restaurants, a bar, a bank and near by supermarkets and other shops. At 6 km from Levante beach and 5 km from the Poniente beach in Benidorm.
Rental per week from June 20 till September 12 UKL 240 plus electricity according to the meter and final cleaning. Spring and Autumn UKL 200 and in Winter UKL 150. Special prices for long stays in Winter. Min. 1 week, Saturday-Saturday.
