located near Avenida de Mayo (linking Parliament with Plaza de Mayo) and Avenida 9 de Julio(where the Obelisk is).
3 subway lines in the area. Walking distance to many interesting places, as San Telmo district.

₪ A fully furnished one-bedroom flat with an ensuite bathroom.
₪ Sofa bed in living room. Double bed in bedroom, ceiling fan. Linen included.
₪ Cable TV, DVD, some films, music, books and board games
₪ Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes.

And while you are our guest, you will receive a mobile phone for your personal use ☺

The flat, at ground level, has view to a tiny park.

booking 2 months or more, pay 500 dollars monthly!
