Nestling in the hills of south-east Fermanagh, Eshywulligan Farm comprises a cottage stone-built out-buildings standing in 10.5 acres, divided into 10 fields The cottage, which is with vacant possession, has mains water and electricity, and would qualify for a substantial replacement grant if replaced with a modern building.



The farm is within easy reach of Enniskillen, Monaghan Town and Cavan Town. There is excellent rough shooting to be had, snipe, pheasant and deer are to be found. Fermanagh's famous lakes, Upper and Lower Lough Erne, with their fishing, sailing and boating, are a short drive away.
