I am looking to sell my 1 bedroom flat which is right in the city centre on High Street, opposite the Arndale.

It's worth £130,000, 50% is owned by me with the remaining 50% owned by Riverside Housing Association (tel 0845 1110000). I have a mortgage for 50% and rent is paid on the 50% owned by Riverside, currently about £200 pm.

It's an ideal way of getting on the ladder if say, as is the case with me, one occupier earns while a partner is a student.

The flat is only a few years old and very well looked after. The bedroom is a good size and the living room/ kitchen is open plan.
